Yesterday I asked a question on Instagram. A question of self reflection and examination. What three things can you do today to create a better life for yourself? The answer may or may not change from day to day.
I have noticed that with myself it often takes a while to answer. Why do you suppose that is? Could I be avoiding the solution for fear of success? Do I enjoy living a pseudo stressful life? Perhaps I really don't have the answer or don't want to be accept that the answer is really quite simple.
I believe this is a good habit to pick up. If you can do it everyday, even better. You may notice a byproduct called positivity. It will happen because you will constantly be thinking of ways to be better instead of thinking about all the ways you aren't good enough. Yes, a subtle switch in thought patterns can yield some pretty great, long lasting effects.Just a few minutes can help reshape your life!
